With over 25 years of senior management experience, Shelly brings entrepreneurial passion and drive to her consultancy, specializing in organizational development. She is laser-focused on mission, organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term financial sustainability.​
A proven change agent, Shelly has solid business acumen and effectively communicates the organization’s vision to boards, staff members, and diverse stakeholders.

Shelly received her Bachelor of Music Education from Georgia State University, a certificate for Executive Fundraising from the Indiana University Lily School of Fundraising, and holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance Concentration from Benedictine University.
She and her partner live in Camden with their two dogs, Maddux & Eliot, and four cats, Pete, Poo, Booty & Sarge.
She enjoys volunteering in the community, playing golf, is an avid fisher(wo)man, and kayaker, and tries to take advantage of everything that Maine has to offer all year long,
