100+ Women Logo

Our purpose is to support the work that our local nonprofits do in funds, exposure, and awareness in a minimal amount of time.

Inspired by other 100+ Women Who Care chapters; Camden Hills Partners is bringing together women from all walks of life, wanting to pool together to have fun while giving back.

How it works

At each meeting, any participant can nominate a nonprofit she personally wants to speak about. You are not obligated to nominate a nonprofit organization at each meeting.

3 women are randomly selected to speak for no longer than 5 minutes about her nonprofit (No power points or handouts etc. – just talking from the heart).

After presentations: all present participants secretly vote via ballots on which nonprofit to support. Each woman receives 1 vote whether registered as single or pooled.

The nonprofit with the most votes receives all the proceeds for that meeting.

Checks are made out to that nonprofit on the spot. Cash is accepted. Within 30 days of receipt of funds, the nonprofit is required to send letters of receipt for your charitable contribution.

NEXT MEETING:

Date: Wednesday, December 4th

Location: The Riley School

Meeting Schedule:

  • 5:30-6:15pm – Registration and networking

  • 6:15 -7:00pm – Meeting: Welcome, Presentations, and Voting

BECOMING A SUPPORTER

This means you are making a commitment to 100+ Women Who Care Knox County to make a $50 donation to a local 501(c)3 charity serving Knox County when you attend a meeting.

You can either be an individual or a pooled supporter. As an individual, you personally contribute $50 per meeting (if you can give more, you are welcome to do so) and you have 1 vote. Pooled attendees are two women who will be collectively contributing $50 per meeting and have 1 collective vote.

We meet 4 times per year.
